Free Online Class About Science And Cooking From Harvard

Science And Cooking: From Haute Cuisine to Soft Matter Science is a free online course from Harvard and the online university edX which aims to teach thousands of people around the world about molecular gastronomy and the art of cooking. The class "meets" twice a week for an hour and the first lecture is tomorrow night. Students will watch the chefs create some of their signature dishes, as the instructors dig into the science behind the kitchen magic.
