The World's Largest Menorah

Jewish or not -- you'll want to check out the world's largest menorah which will be residing on 59th Street and 5th Avenue for the next week. It's 32 feet high! Happy Chanukah Hanukkah Hannukah (insert proper spelling here)!

Dyker Heights Christmas Lights

Every holiday season, a six-block area of Brooklyn's Dyker Heights neighborhood is transformed into a dazzling display of Christmas lights. From 83rd Street to 86th Street between 11th Avenue and 13th Avenue, you'll see everything from inflatable Santas to motorized light shows. Prime viewing time is between 7PM and 9PM daily, through Christmas.

$5 Cocktails At Employees Only

A cocktail at Employees Only (510 Hudson Street) - one of the city's best cocktail bars - will normally run you $15. But tonight until 9PM swing by with an unwrapped toy donation and a drink will cost you just $5.

Le Parker Meridien's Annual Gingerbread Extravaganza

Inside the atrium at Le Parker Meridien (119 West 56th Street) you'll find the hotel's annual gingerbread house display. It'll be on view through January 6th.

Ride A Vintage MTA Subway Car Tomorrow

Every holiday season, the MTA brings a few vintage subway cars out of retirement and back into service. Tomorrow -- and every Saturday through December 24th -- you can ride one up 6th Avenue. Click here for a schedule and more details

Harper's Bazaar: A Decade of Style

Now through January 8th, check out Harper's Bazaar: A Decade of Style at the International Center Of Photography (1133 6th Avenue). The exhibit features portraits of designers Marc Jacobs and Diane Von Furstenberg, as well as celebrities like Daphne Guinness, Lady Gaga, and Julianne Moore.

Admission to the center is pay what you wish Friday from 5PM-8PM.

Gaga's Workshop: Barney's Holiday Windows

This year the folks at Barney's have let Lady Gaga take over their holiday windows. The result? A series of Gaga-themed tableaux designed in collaboration with the department store. Swing by the corner of 60th and Madison before traffic becomes heavy next week.

Meatball Tuesdays At... Ikea!

That's right. You can find more than just cheap furniture at IKEA in Brooklyn. Every Tuesday from 4PM-8:30PM, an order of their signature meatballs costs just $2.49. You'll get 15 Swedish meatballs with lingon berries, potatoes and cream sauce. There's a limit of one per customer.

Exhibit: Rare Photos Of The Beatles

Tomorrow morning (and on 12/17) you can check out The Beatles: Hidden Gallery -- a great exhibit at Midtown's Zankel Hall featuring recently discovered photos of The Beatles. The exhibit will only be open from 10:30AM-12:30 PM and free tickets are available at the box office starting at 10AM.

Pop-Up Green Space "Park Here" In SoHo

Park Here at Openhouse Gallery (201 Mulberry Street) is back!

Now through mid-February, visit the SoHo pop-up park that features an indoor area with trees, grass, benches and a rotating cast of food vendors. Other festivities in the 4,500-square-foot space will include yoga sessions, movie nights and games of croquet.

SmorgasBrewery This Sunday

On Sunday, the folks behind Brooklyn Flea are launching SmorgasBrewery - a rotating cast of five Brooklyn Flea/Smorgasburg food vendors inside of the Brooklyn Brewery Tasting Room (79 North 11th Street) in Williamsburg.

Every Sunday from 12PM-5PM through March, you'll be able to chow down on some of the city's best bites. This weekend, expect to see: Brooklyn Oyster Party, Kumquat Cupcakery, Landhaus (BLTs, lamb burgers), Mile End (smoked meat, more), and Shorty Tang & Sons (cold sesame noodles, dumplings).
