More From My321Deal: A Credit-Based Group Purchasing Site

Earlier this year we told you about My321Deal -- a new group purchasing website with a kick. When you get friends to register, you'll earn 3% from every daily deal they buy -- forever. And 2% from every daily deal their connections buy. And 1% from every daily deal their connections' connections buy.

Confused? Well give you an example.

Say you sign up ten friends. And they each sign up ten friends. And they each sign up ten friends. That means you'll be earning money when more than 1,000 different people make a purchase on My321Deal. It adds up. And to prove it, you can use the site's handy calculator.

Today's deal is $10 for $20 worth of food and drinks from Linger Cafe & Lounge in Brooklyn!

Click here to register and start getting your friends to sign up. A person can only be referred once, so if someone refers one of your friends before you do, they are gone forever!

To celebrate, they'll be pouring free beer from all their taps between 6PM and 8PM. We suggest heading over early, grabbing a few pints before it gets crowded, and then heading down the block for some pies at Paulie Gee's. It doesn't get much better than that.

St. Patty's Day Parade (And Other Non-Drinking Activities)

Yesterday, we compiled our annual list of some favorite St. Patty's Day drink specials. Well there are also many free things you can do today that don't involve drinking.

For starters, there's the St. Patrick's Day Parade which begins at 11:00AM and heads north on 5th Avenue starting at 44th Street.  And while you're in the area, stop into St. Patrick's Cathedral (at 5th Avenue and 50th Street)!

You should also keep your eyes out for folks from the Irish Arts Center handing out free Irish and Irish American books at subway stops and transportation hubs across all five boroughs. Starting at 6:00AM we hear you might be able to find them at: the Northeast corner of Dyckman Street and 200th Street in Manhattan, the subway stop at 7th Avenue and 9th Street in Brooklyn, the Jackson Heights Post Office in Queens, the Parkchester subway stop in the Bronx, and St. George Terminal in Staten Island.

Where To Drink For CHEAP In NYC This St. Patty's Day

It's that time of year again! Our annual list of where to drink cheap on St. Patrick's Day in New York City. While many bars will be nixing their happy hour specials and hiking up their prices tomorrow evening, we've complied a list of the best drink specials in town. Although we've confirmed each of the deals below, it's always a good idea to give the places a buzz before you head over. Also, keep an eye on this list -- we'll try to update it as we learn of more great deals. Drop us a line at nycdailydeals@gmail.com if you know of any!

BlackFinn (218 East 53rd Street) - This Midtown bar will have drink specials starting at 9AM, meaning you can pop in for a quick brew before heading to work. There will be $5.00 green beers on tap all day, in addition to $7.00 Jameson shots and pints of Guinness. 212-355-6607.

Blue Ruin (538 9th Avenue) - Across town, this bar will be opening their doors at 8AM, although we don't suggest heading over until their 2-for-1 happy hour from 5PM - 8PM. 917-945-3497.

Brazen Head (228 Atlantic Avenue) - St. Patty's Day will be in full swing at this Brooklyn spot which will be serving $5.00 Guinness pints all day. Free hot corned beef sandwiches will also be available starting at 5PM. 718-488-0430.

Common Ground (206 Avenue A) - Play some board games and down $2.00 Miller Lites and Yuenglings until 8PM at this East Village hangout. 212-228-6231.

Delta House (1683 1st Avenue) - Head to the Upper East Side for all you can drink draft beer + all you can eat Shepard's Pie from noon until 4AM for just $25. Extra points from us if you can last the entire 16 hour stretch. 212-860-4020.

Jake's Dilemma (430 Amsterdam Avenue)- Over on the Upper West Side, you'll be able to find $10.00 pitchers of Bud, Bud Light, and Coors -- all day and all night. (212) 580-0556.

Kabin (92 2nd Avenue) - All drinks at this East Village bar are 2-for-1 until 8PM. They will also be serving $2.00 PBRs all night long and we hear there will be some special St. Patrick's Day shot specials on tap too.  212-254-0204.

Mad River Bar & Grill (1442 3rd Avenue) - For those who want to get their drink on early in the day, this Upper East Side bar will be serving $5.00 Bushmills shots and Paddy Vodka shots, as well as $7.00 Irish car bombs until 3PM. The first 100 people to stop in starting at 10AM will land themselves a free St. Patty's Day t-shirt. (212) 988-1832.

McKenna Pub (250 West 14th Street) - This Irish bar won't have any drink specials, but they'll be serving free corned beef and cabbage all day. Yum! 212-255-2889.

Muholland's (312 Grand Street) - Williamsburg's least hipster bar will have a number of specials on tap for St. Patty's Day. You can play flip cup and beer pong with $10.00 pitchers of Bud Light. There will also be $5.00 Jameson shots and $4.00 pickle back shots. Giveaways will include t-shirts and key chains. 718-486-3473.

Public Assembly (70 North 6th Street) - A measly $20 bill will score you unlimited beer and whiskey from 8PM - 2AM at this Williamsburg spot. Do the math -- that's six hours of drinking! 718-384-4586.

Southern Hospitality (1460 2nd Avenue) - Always our favorite place to hit up for cheap drinks on St. Patty's Day! Specials include $2 Coors Light & Miller Lite drafts, $3 Domestic bottles, $3 Green Jello shots, $4 Jameson shots, $4 Guinness drafts, and $6 Irish car bombs. It's worth dealing with the crowds for prices this great. 212-249-1001.

Stanton Public (17 Stanton Street) - This Lower East Side bar will be running its normal happy hour from 4PM - 8PM which includes a $2.00 discount on drafts and $5.00 well drinks. After happy hour, you can still grab a pint of Guinness for a reasonable $6.00. 212-677-5555

Stillwater Bar (78-80 E 4th Street) - Swing by this East Village bar for drink specials including $3.50 Yuenglings and Bud Lights all night. We're told there will also be a surprise giveaway at the door. (212) 253-2237.

Van Diemens (383 3rd Avenue) - Another deal for early starters. This Murray Hill bar will have $5.00 Jamesons and $5.00 Guinness pints until 5PM. You can also grab a $4.00 Bud, Bud Light, or Coors and pair it with a traditional Irish breakfast which will be served all day. 212-532-1123.

West 3rd Common (1 West 3rd Street) - Draft beers are just $3.00 and mixed drinks and wine are $4.00 until 8PM. Although this bar is usually packed with NYU students, it's spring break this week. Go figure. 212-529-2059.

Your $1 Lunch In Midtown

According to DNAinfo.com, a new food establishment recently opened in Midtown called Pop’s Dollar Food Shop... and they serve $1.00 burgers, hot dogs and fries. It's located in the back of a pizza and gyro restaurant on 7th Avenue between 33rd and 34th Street! Sounds a bit sketchy... but it got some pretty rave reviews in the article. The Feisty Foodie also stopped by and got 2 sliders, a hot dog and fries for just $4.35. Not too bad!

If you give it a shot, let us know what you think!

Coming Up: Brooklyn Restaurant Week

We've always preferred Brooklyn's Restaurant Week (officially known as Dine In Brooklyn) over that in Manhattan. For starters it's cheaper + many of the participating restaurants offer more expansive menus. This year, lunch costs just $20.11 and dinner will run you $25.00 between March 21st and March 31st.

Our favorite spots (usually the most coveted reservations) include: Rosewater, iCi, Applewood, and Blue Ribbon. Last year we also had an awesome meal at Sue Perette and are interested to see what Seersucker and Peaches Hot House have up their sleeves this year.
