Free Ice Cream At Cold Stone This Evening

Tonight, Cold Stone hosts The World's Largest Ice Cream Social. The annual event is a nationwide fundraiser for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

From 5PM - 8PM, swing by your local store for a free 3 oz. serving of Kate's Creation -- a featured flavor created by a wish kid. This year's flavor consists of Caramel Apple ice cream mixed with graham cracker pie crust, chocolate shavings, and apple pie filling. Mmmmm....

Art Studio Open House In Greenpoint (Plus Free Drinks!)

The NYC Pizza Run Takes Over Tompkins Square Park

You might have heard that there's a little event taking place this morning in Tompkins Square Park @ 11:00AM. That's right -- it's time for The NYC Pizza Run!!

Come watch what is sure to be an entertaining spectacle... and cheer on runners as they attempt to complete four laps around the park while stopping to eat slices of pizza throughout the course.

If that's not enough incentive, there will be an afterparty at Common Ground starting around noon. If you'd like a free drink, when you arrive at the race, send a tweet that mentions @nycpizzarun and contains a photo of the racers. The organizers will reply with information on how to claim your ticket for a free draft or well drink.

Broadway On Broadway In Times Square

Broadway on Broadway takes over Times Square this morning! The free outdoor concert kicks off the Broadway season and will feature performances from new shows and long-running favorites including Memphis, Chicago, Rock Of Ages, Wicked, Next To Normal... and the show we're most excited for this fall... Free US Open Festivities In Madison Square Park

Parked: Food Truck Fest On Governors Island

Parked - an event which brings together some of the city's best food trucks - was last held in Brooklyn earlier this summer. Now the festival is moving to Colonel’s Row at Governors Island where more space means... more food!
