Win 2 Free Tix To Intimate Patti Smith Benefit Show

On May 15, the American Folk Art Museum is celebrating artist Henry Darger’s birthday at a benefit party, featuring an intimate concert by rock-and-roll legend Patti Smith, followed by a DJ and dancing.

Tickets start a $250 each, but the museum has been kind enough to give one lucky reader (and a guest!) the chance to go for free. In order to be eligible, you must "like" NYCDAILYDEALS on Facebook. Here's how to enter:

1) If you don't already "like" NYCDAILYDEALS on Facebook, visit facebook.com/nycdailydeals or click the icon at the bottom of this post to "like" us.

2) Send an e-mail to patti@folkartmuseum.org with NYCDAILYDEALS & your name in the subject line (For example NYCDAILYDEALS / John Smith).

A winner will be selected at random and notified tomorrow.

The museum has assured us that your e-mail address will be used for the sole purpose of this contest, although later this week you will receive a one-time only e-mail from the museum asking if you are interested in signing up for the their e-newletter. If you do not respond to that e-mail, your information will be discarded and you will no longer receive communication from the museum.
