The High Line Is Now Open!

The elevated High Line -- a former railway that runs along the Hudson River from Gansevoort to West 34th Street -- finally opened earlier this month. You can now visit the first section of renovated space (Gansevoort to 20th Street) daily from 7AM - 10PM. It features plantings, wooden chaises, and pools of water. Enter @ Gansevoort Street or by elevator at 16th Street.
