Fireworks Tonight!
To help kick off the week-long celebration for the Queensboro Bridge Centennial, the city will be putting on a spectacular fireworks show tonight starting around 9:00PM.
Launch site will be the southern tip of Roosevelt Island.
Excellent viewing from Long Island City (Gantry Park, Water Taxi Beach); Roosevelt Island, and the Manhattan Shoreline.

I had the tiniest view from my living room window in Brooklyn Heights! Love a fireworks display! Almost ranks up there with watching a sunset from the Promenade!
